‘Force Fields: Art, Architecture and Audience’ documents the inaugural Kyneton Contemporary Art Triennial, an innovative multi-site art event featuring new work by ten Australian artists presented in unconventional exhibition sites and venues throughout the regional Victorian town of Kyneton during April of 2018.

The book, like the event, is a celebration of contemporary art and an exploration of the energies that resonate in place and community. Visually dynamic, a series of interpretive essays and creative texts support a strong suite of photographic images and artists’ insights that unpack the evolution of the Triennial, positioning the art and the event in a broader national and international context.
