Within Australia

Please note, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the Christmas and New Year public holidays.

All orders within Australia ship for a flat rate regardless of size. The cost is $10 for orders shipped within Queensland and $15 for the rest of Australia.

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please note, orders will not be sent out on weekends or public holidays.

Australia Post provides the following estimates for deliveries, however they may take longer during peak periods:

  • Within Queensland:
    • Metro – up to 2 business days
    • Country – up to 5 business days
  • Interstate:
    • Metro – up to 3 – 6 business days
    • Country – please ask at your local post office

Express shipping is available on deliveries within Australia only. See below for details.

For any delayed deliveries, Australia Post won't investigate until 14 business days after the item has been posted. Please check with you local post office in case it is being held for collection.

Any orders of $350 and over are shipped for free.

International

International shipping is charged as a flat rate per region, as below:

  • New Zealand – Flat rate $30
  • Oceania & South East Asia – Flat rate $35
  • Rest of the World – Flat rate $55
Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on deliveries within Australia only. There is an additional charge of $5 if you select the express shipping option at the checkout.

Australia Post provides 2-3 business day deliveries to all capital cities except Darwin and Perth non-CBD addresses. For areas outside of this range, your order will be sent via the fastest possible transport link, however it can not be guaranteed for the next business day.

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order or it is not what you expected, please contact the Store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless your goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Store. Returned stock must arrive in its original condition, along with any box or product packaging. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or paypal).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on pierced earrings unless they are faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
