Do I need to set up an account to shop at QAGOMA Store?
Not at all. You can choose to make your purchase as a guest once you enter our checkout pages.
If you decide to register an account your address and contact details will be stored so you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases. You will also be able to access your order history.
I can’t remember my password
Simply visit the login page and enter your email address then click “forgot password” to receive a link to reset your password.
Can my order be sent as a gift?
We would be happy to send your order as a gift and will even gift-wrap it for you. Simply enter the gift recipient’s details in the ‘Ship to’ section, along with any message you would like included.
Enter your own details in the ‘Billing’ section, so you can receive your purchase confirmation, receipt and tracking information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 days of receiving them. If your order is to be delayed for any reason you will receive an email notifying you and will have the option to refund your purchase.
Membership orders and renewals take 10 working days to process.
Delivery times vary according to your location.
What if I can’t find what I am looking for online?
In addition to our online store, we also operate three physical Stores at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art. Some products are not listed on our website, although they may be available in our Stores. Please contact us directly with your request so that we can see if we have it in stock or if we can order it in for you.

How can I find my QAGOMA Membership number?
Your QAGOMA Membership number is located on the back of your membership card. If you have lost your card and would like a new one, please contact QAGOMA Members.
