Mirka Mora: Wicked but Virtuous

Wicked but Virtuous is a delightfully eccentric account of Mirka Mora’s life. This unconventional autobiography celebrates the highs and lows of Mirka’s bohemian existence, from narrowly avoiding Auschwitz during World War Two to Melbourne, where the cafes and restaurants she ran with her husband became a magnet for artists, writers and intellectuals. Also discussed is her role in the establishment of the Heide Museum of Modern Art.
